I didn't arrive at this work by accident.

I became a teenage mum, which meant growing up fast, learning to juggle responsibility, ambition and reality before I ever felt "ready." It taught me resilience, resourcefulness and how to get things done - even when the odds were stacked against me.

I also became a uni drop-out, not because I lacked ability, but because I chose real life, real business and real impact over a traditional path that didn't fit me.

For over 13 years, I've been behind the scenes of businesses helping them scale, systemise and grow profitably. I've seen what actually works and what just looks good on Instagram but doesn't pay the bills.
