EMbassadors are the heartbeat of EMpowered Live. The first face every delegate sees. The woman who spots someone on their own and pulls them in. The one cheering loudest at the glass walk. The person who holds the energy of the day so every woman feels seen, welcomed and completely at home. If that sounds like you - read on.
What does an EMbassador do?
A small, carefully chosen team of women who make EMpowered Live work from the inside. On the day, you are the glue. You won't be working the whole day - you'll be fully part of it.
Before the day
- Attend a pre-event Zoom briefing - role, timings and responsibilities, so you arrive fully prepared
- Arrive at the venue for 7:00am on the day to help set up
- Help dress the space, set out materials and get everything ready before doors open at 8:30am
During the conference day
- Welcome delegates on arrival - the warm, confident face that sets the tone
- Be a table leader during networking - bring the energy and make sure nobody is left out
- Keep the day running to time, with a full run of day
- Spot the woman who arrived on her own and bring her into the room
- Guide women to The EMporium, The Studio, The Sanctuary and Mini EMpowered
- Hold the circle at the glass walk and arrow break - be the energy and the cheer
- Be fully present for every keynote and networking session - part of the day, not just running it
Evening & after
- Between day and evening: a little hand packing away, then time to freshen up and get ready
- The evening celebration: you're off duty - walk the red carpet and enjoy it, you've earned it
- After the event: help with pack down at the end of the evening
