Dr Sam Ballington

Dr Sam Ballington is an educator, researcher and entrepreneur dedicated to improving outcomes for children, families and the professionals who support them. As Director of the National College for Care and Education (NCCE) and Founder of The Association of Child and Family Coaches (ACFC), she develops accredited qualifications and professional standards that promote safe, ethical and evidence-informed practice. Drawing on both academic expertise and lived experience, Sam champions play, co-regulation and inclusive practice to break intergenerational cycles of adversity. Through teaching, research, writing and public speaking, she empowers practitioners worldwide to create lasting, meaningful change for children and families. In her spare time, Sam enjoys spending time riding rollercoasters with her family, or rocking with friends at gigs or festivals.

Caitlin Sirett

Caitlin Sirett is the founder of Evoke & Lead Coaching and an ICF-accredited trauma-informed life coach and Chartered Manager. She helps women recognise when self-doubt is having the final say, so they can trust themselves and move towards the life they really want. Caitlin believes success isn't just about having the right strategy. It's about building the woman behind the strategy.
