A private, comfortable room reserved exclusively for EMpowered Live delegates throughout the conference day. The Sanctuary isn't a medical room - it's a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, reset and return whenever you're ready.
There's a curated pamper kit waiting for you too, because sometimes what you need isn't fixing. It's simply a quiet moment and something that feels like a little act of kindness.

Meet your Event Allies
The Sanctuary is also home to our Event Allies. Throughout the day, a team of friendly, trained Mental Health First Aiders will be here to offer a warm welcome, a reassuring presence and quiet support whenever you need it.
Whether you're attending EMpowered Live on your own, feeling overwhelmed, processing an emotional keynote, navigating anxiety, or simply looking for someone to sit with over a coffee for a few minutes, they're here.
No judgement. No pressure. No expectation that you have to explain yourself.
Just kind people who genuinely care - because sometimes, all it takes is knowing someone is there.

I didn't want to create an event where women felt they had to push through. I wanted to create an event where women felt safe to be themselves.
Some women will spend every minute in the main room. Others might need ten quiet minutes in The Sanctuary. Both experiences are equally valid.
Because belonging isn't about everyone experiencing the day in the same way. It's about making sure every woman knows she belongs here.
