A private, comfortable room set aside exclusively for EMpowered Live delegates throughout the full conference day. Not a medical room - a calm space where you can step away, take a breath and come back when you're ready. There's a curated pamper kit waiting for you, too.

I wanted every woman who comes to EMpowered Live to feel completely at home - including the women who find big rooms and full days a lot to navigate.
The Sanctuary isn't an afterthought. It's part of how I've designed this event - because the most powerful spaces make room for every kind of woman.
